Dapo is widely admired and regarded for his dazzling and humane exploits in industry and philanthropy. This duly earned him the national honour: MON by the Federal Government of Nigeria and interminable accolades from his peers and even his business rivals.

The event was indeed a memorable one; business associates, friends and family members of the oil magnate deserted the humdrum of their daily lives to celebrate with one of their own. The celebrant’s heart of course was full of enchanting song. It pulsated pleasantly at the outward show of care and zealous love he encountered by his guests. He could not help but lose the breath in his lungs momentarily.

And even though it was billed to be a low-keyed celebration, things gathered pace and assumed greater dimension as the celebrant’s home filled with almost everyone who mattered in Nigeria’s high society. Friends and foes alike stormed his new mansion that day and had undiluted fun.

On the d-day which also happened to be the country’s Democracy Day, everything seemed enchanted from daylight through dusk. The sun shined brilliantly, bathing the celebrant in the radiant beams of a prosperous and promising future. As the night fell, the fireflies danced and twinkled with grace above the crew cut hedges of colourful flowers, yet nature stymied in shame and jealousy at the marvelous beauty of the love and loyalty shown to Dapo by his loved ones. Each twinkle of the stars was a testament to the richness of the celebrant’s resplendent soul.

As the day unfolded, Dapo engaged in an euphoric dance of joy with fate and his loved ones. The future indeed seemed bright for the Heyden Oil boss. Thus as he added another milestone to his blessed years on earth, Dapo shuffled his feet with his closest friends and family through joyous daylight and a fairytale night. Step by step, hand in hand, he unlocked newfound bliss in his generous heart.

The celebrants’ parents were also in attendance at the event. They cut a picture of sweet delight as they assumed the floor to honour their beloved son.
