*Why He Is Not Listening To His Folk To Marry
There is a scent about the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Oscar Onyema’s wealth; it has a sweet tang attached to it, like the lure pollen nectar presents to the summer fly. Yes, Oscar is rich and every woman wants a piece of his filthy lucre. Every woman wishes to be Mrs. Onyeama; knowing it’s a sure way to bribe themselves through the inconveniences of life.
He lives a charmed life; besides his socioeconomic clout, urban legend has it that, living or working within his radar obliges anyone to indescribable perks hence it is understandable that the crème of Nigeria’s high society women would fall over themselves to get a piece of Oscar.
But the tall dude is not just interested in women! Why?
To the consternation of friends and family, Oscar, a copiously blessed dude who celebrated his 50th birthday recently, has refused to get married. This is no doubt amazing given the fact that he is endowed with all the attributes that makes a woman swoon over a man; he is rich, sophisticated and flaunts ruggedly handsomeness that could make even the most prim and proper lady weak in the knees. Notwithstanding his folkloric status, Oscar is yet to settle with any of his female admirers.
He is one jolly good guy that most women can’t do but take a second glance at. Yet it remains a mystery why he has refused to quit bachelorhood and settle down. In a society where marriage is considered a crowning gift to every man’s achievements, it is still being wondered why, Oscar, who was 50 months ago, with his disarming and tempting physical attractiveness is yet to find his better half.
Who knows? Oscar may truly be waiting for God’s time as some of his friends argued in his defense at a social gathering recently; however, on another note, others aver that the rich dude simply dreads the hassles involved in getting married and staying married. Let’s hope he has a rethink soon enough.
