A witness in the ongoing trial of the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has alleged that a media broadcast by the defendant was responsible for the killing of a former presidential aide, Mr Ahmed Gulak.
The operative told the Federal High Court that Kanu admitted to founding IPOB, its armed wing ESN, and operating the unlicensed Radio Biafra
However, Kanu’s lawyer, challenged the admissibility of the video evidence, prompting the judge to adjourn the case for further proceedings. …CONTINUE READING
