The deposed Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, has arrived in the ancient city Kano to resume duties as Emir under heavy security.
The Deputy Governor of Kano State has accused the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu of ordering the return of the deposed Emir.
According to Daily Trust, the Kano State Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, has blamed the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for allegedly facilitating the return of the dethroned Emir, Alhaji Ado Bayero to the palace.
Gwarzo, in a short video interview at Emir’s palace in Gidan Rumfa on Saturday, alleged that the NSA released two jets to bring Ado Bayero to Kano.
Following his dethronement by Gov. Abba Yusuf on Thursday, his whereabouts was unknown.
Earlier this morning, HRH, Muhammad Sanusi II gained entrance into the palace of the Emir of Kano alongside the Deputy Governor of Kano State.

The video was shared on the official X handle of Oseni Rufia on Saturday.
This development comes just days after he was dethroned by the Kano State Government, with Muhammad Sanusi being reinstated as the 16th Emir in a ceremony at the Government House on Friday.
Meanwhile, After sharing the video, Oseni reported that the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi, is currently at the palace.
He wrote on his page;
