Deji Adeyanju Warns Wike: FCT Is Not Rivers State Where You Write Election Results And Shoot Guns

A former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has said that for peace to return in the state, the governor, Siminalayi Fubara, must do two things right.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, said that there is no way Fubara will have peace without doing the right thing.

According to him, Fubara must represent the 2025 budget to the State Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule, and also resubmit the names of his commissioners for clearance.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, said that there is no way Fubara will have peace without doing the right thing.

“What is peace? What is important is, let the right thing be done. When the right things are done, there will be peace.

“But if the right thing is not done, how would you say you want peace? Peace is predicated on doing the right thing.

“Go and re-present the budget, go and submit the list of the commissioners. You cannot do illegality,” Wike said.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja, Wike narrated how he picked Governor Siminalayi Fubara for the position despite some politicians of Ijaw extraction kicking against the decision.

He also said that Ijaws are minority in Rivers State and the Niger Delta, and stand no chance of becoming governors in any other state in the region apart from Bayelsa.

Don’t play God because God is NOT a movie ster. Even Satan will not work with those who oppose to his agenda. I think the Jews like every other tribe has the right to aspire and occupy any position of authority in a democratic setting like Nigeria. I watch the constitutional provisions being circumvented and someone is preaching rule of law. Is the constitution not to be obeyed by all? Is it not the bible that guides or gauge the actions of the judiciary? When we apply the law to be effective with the helpless. There’s someone watching from afar and adjudged the Righteous Judge. If people who defected and the constitution could not be enforce on their position as defectors but are being celebrated because of who they have. Well everybody is made by someone and someday a Pharaoh will arise that recognized the strength of Joseph.
