Former US President and Republican Candidate, Donald Trump, has said his party is leading in seven out of the 13 states considered to be swing states, in the forthcoming presidential election.
According to a 2016 pre-election analysis, the thirteen most competitive states were Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Arizona, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, Colorado, North Carolina, and Maine.
Though seven states, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona, are mostly seen as the “battleground states” in the election. …CONTINUE READING
Speaking during an event at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida on Tuesday, Trump said, “We’re leading, I believe, in all seven swing states” with election day just a week away.

“There are some bad spots in Pennsylvania where, some serious things have been caught or in the process of being caught…but the election itself is going very well.
“In less than four years, Kamala Harris has obliterated our borders, obliterated. We’ve never had a situation like this. Decimated the middle class and runaway inflation has caused problems the likes of which we never thought possible.
“I’m running on a plan to save America. We’re going to save America,” he added.
Both Trump and Harris are putting in last-minute efforts to gain grounds ahead of the November 5 election.
